Check out the “Coffee” tab under “Shop.” We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly subscriptions for our retail bags, 2lbs, and 5lbs.
Where do you source your coffee?
We source our coffee from small farms around the world, with a strong focus on sustainability and ethical practices. Many of our beans come from organic or fair trade farms, and we prioritize working with importers and producers who ensure fair compensation and support at every step of the supply chain. When possible, we build direct trade relationships with farmers to create lasting partnerships and even better coffee.

Are you dog-friendly?
Yes! Both of our locations are dog-friendly. We love meeting your furry companions, and they’re welcome to join you on our patios or inside the shop. We just ask that all dogs are well-behaved, leashed, and not aggressive toward other dogs or humans. Good pups and good coffee? That’s our kind of vibe.
Do you have dairy-free or vegan options?
Absolutely! We offer oat milk and macadamia milk as delicious alternatives to dairy. Our baked goods selection rotates regularly, and we aim to include treats that suit a variety of dietary needs. We also always have vegan and vegetarian breakfast burrito options on the menu—so there’s something for everyone.
Can I rent your back room for events or meetings?
Yes! Under the “Contact” section of the header select “Room Reservations.” We only have a room available for rental at the West Knoxville Honeybee location!
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available through the “Shop” tab on our website, and physical gift cards can be purchased at either of our café locations. Perfect for birthdays, thank-yous, or just because.
